What are cookies?
Cookies are text information that is going to be installed on navigation device user whenever he visited the pages of a website.

Technical Cookies

They are not used for other purposes and are normally installed by the owner or operator of the website. They can be divided into session cookies or navigation cookies, which guarantee the normal navigation and use of the website (allowing, for example, to make a purchase or authenticate for access to restricted areas); cookie analytics, assimilated to technical cookies where directly used by the site manager to collect information in aggregate form, on the number of users and on how they visit the site itself; cookie functionality, which allows the user browsing in function of a set of selected criteria (for example, the language, the products selected for purchase) in order to improve the service given to the same.
Cookies profiling
Cookies profiling are aimed to create user profiles and are used in order to send advertising messages in line with the preferences shown by the same while surfing the net. The European and Italian legislation requires the user to be properly informed on the use of the same and express their valid consent. They refers to the art. 122 of the Code where it provides that "the storage of information in the terminal equipment of a contractor or a user or access to information already stored, are only allowed on condition that the contractor or the user has given consent after It was informed by the simplified procedures referred to in Article 13, paragraph 3 ". (art. 122, paragraph 1, of the Code for the protection of personal data).
The third-party cookies
Within a few sites you can find elements shared by other external portals, such as maps, videos, social plugin or banner ads. Because the shared information are taken from different sites, this type of cookie identify themselves as third-party and may collect information about various preferences of navigation around the site where the items have been shared.
What kind of cookies does this site use?
